Special place to celebrate my birthday with friends. Was far out of of town but far enough away to relax and take in the Positive: Stunning views and great set up Negative: Nothing

The view alone is worth the trip to Queenstown Positive: We had an amazing stay at Crystal Waters Queenstown. Although it is a self-service accommodation, the customer service team was always online and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. Communication was smooth and they were always willing to help, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Looking out over the lake and mountains felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Every morning and evening was magical, and the scenery changed beautifully throughout the day. The view alone is worth the trip to Queenstown. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the incredible scenery. It truly felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Crystal Waters to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Breathtaking really, the location was gorgeous And we walked into town both days along the water. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tubs were a great addition and it was extremely quiet. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Negative: Nothing

Our stay was perfection, we would stay here over and over again Positive: The apartment was absolutely stunning, everything we needed was provided. The views were unreal, fireplace easy to use, facilities 10/10. Loved it. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like
