Positive: The home is cosy with extraordinary views. We enjoyed our stay there so much. The kid was also appealed by the fireplace a lot. And also I was greatly impressed by the story of Crystal Waters. Thank you so much for providing us with a precious memory and I think we will come back one day.

Even better than we thought! Positive: This accommodation is absolutely superb, we had a few people stop by for a coffee throughout our stay and everyone just said “wow” the minute they walked in. Everything was thought of, clean, intentional and the view is unreal. Will 100% be back.

The view alone is worth the trip to Queenstown Positive: We had an amazing stay at Crystal Waters Queenstown. Although it is a self-service accommodation, the customer service team was always online and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. Communication was smooth and they were always willing to help, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Looking out over the lake and mountains felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Every morning and evening was magical, and the scenery changed beautifully throughout the day. The view alone is worth the trip to Queenstown. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the incredible scenery. It truly felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Crystal Waters to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Breathtaking really, the location was gorgeous And we walked into town both days along the water. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tubs were a great addition and it was extremely quiet. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Negative: Nothing
